I hope you all are enjoying your Fall so far! It is actually pretty hard to believe that in just over 2 days it will be November. Christmas will be here before you know it!
Those of you who I haven't talked to in a while. I have been working at The Magna Group since the beginning of April. We deal with all Car Dealerships, mostly in the Raleigh Area. We did however just pick up a new Home Builder Account, St. Lawrence Homes, which I have worked on before. It is going well, my how 8 mos flies. A while back I had some frustrations going on at work, I wasn't sure if the faith in my capabilities was there, I do feel I have worked hard to overcome all in the past month or so.
I am not dating anyone, haven't really wanted to honestly. I figure when God is ready for me to meet that special someone, he will put him in my life (that is if he isn't already). I have just been spending time with friends. I have gotten to go to 2 hockey games so far this season. I have been playing some soccer this summer, sat out playing volleyball. I am very much looking forward to getting back into that this winter. In addition to all of the above, I am still finding time to participate in a Bible Study. It is part of Community Bible Study, we are studying the Divided Kingdom and the Minor Prophets. I am learning a lot and meeting some nice people.
Since I have season NC State Football tickets, I have been to all but 1 of the games, and that happened to be this weekend when I went to Greensboro for my friend Lori's wedding (CONGRATS LORI AND DOUG). I am still in shock that we have won the last 2 games. Basketball season is coming up in just a few weeks, which is hard to believe, but I think we may be pretty decent this year. We will definitely have some depth, we just need someone key in the Point Guard position. We are predicted to finish 3rd in the ACC (just behind Carolina and Duke), but I am not quite sure about that! We will see come the end of the season.
Murphy is now 5, and just as spoiled as he was when I got him! He still has a ton of energy! Just this past weekend we went to my dad's house, which he loves, because he can run around without a leash! Murphy has brought great joy to my life, he has been there through lots of my ups and downs and has always managed to put a smile on my face, well except for when he chews up a shoe or something. Then he knows he's in trouble. I will probably dress him up in the same costume as I did last year. I will post pics.
I have not talked to my sister lately, but she is still hoping to move back home to the East. Not sure when it will happen, they have to sell their house first. Where exactly they are going to move to is still to be determined. I would love to have them closer to me so that I can see Kennedy and Ragan more often. I feel like I have missed out on so much already. I have gotten to go out there to Dallas once or twice a year, but it's just not quite enough.
Well I am going to wrap it up for now. I will post some more soon!
